SMI Special Event: BayCare Integrated service center tour
October 14 – immediately following the SMI fall 2026 Forum in tampa
For SMI Members Only – space is limited to 40 members
Immediately following the Fall 2026 Forum, SMI will host a private, behind‑the‑scenes tour of the BayCare Integrated Service Center just 20 minutes from the Forum in Tampa. SMI Members will have a unique opportunity to see how BayCare is bringing together logistics, distribution, technology, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to support clinical care across the system, including an update on the health system’s drone delivery program implementation plans.
We are grateful to the BayCare team for opening their doors to SMI and sharing their experience, lessons learned, and practical insights with our members. We will also have additional networking activities for those who stay overnight on October 14.

Wednesday, October 14 (Immediately following the SMI Fall 2026 Forum in Tampa)
- 12:00 PM ET: Forum Concludes
- 12:00 – 1:30 PM: Lunch
- 1:30 PM: Buses Depart Grand Hyatt
- 2:00 PM: Arrive at Facility
- 2:00 – 4:30 PM: Intro/Tour/Q&A
- 4:30 PM: Buses Depart for the Grand Hyatt
- 5:30 PM: Optional Dinner for those who are staying overnight
