SMI Recognizes 10-Year Anniversary Members

Kingston, MA (January 23, 2024):    SMI®, a non-profit, member-driven community of healthcare supply chain organizations, celebrated members who achieved the milestone of 10 years of membership at the SMI Fall 2023 Forum in Nashville.  During the past decade, these industry partner members, STERIS and Mölnlycke, have worked alongside their peers as part of the SMI community to move the healthcare supply chain industry forward with real transformational change.  SMI members meet twice annually at Forums to discuss industry challenges and share learnings and best practices.

STERIS, a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis of Infection Prevention joined SMI in 2013 along with Mölnlycke, a world-leading MedTech company that specializes in innovative solutions for wound care and surgical procedures.  SMI Members STERIS and Mölnlycke continue to show their commitment to improving healthcare delivery by participating in the work of SMI to increase resilience, foster transparency, and build trust among trading partners.  Jane Pleasants, Executive Director of SMI, further explained the importance of member retainment, “SMI works closely with its members year after year which leads to the long-standing, trusted, productive relationships that we are so fortunate to have with organizations such as STERIS and Mölnlycke.”
